Information:
Kundalini yoga brings expanded awareness to the self as you move and breath. It is a style that the average person can do. We use some traditional yoga postures, but many of the movements look quite "normal." This is not a lot of twisting yourself into a pretzel. It is still a good physical challenge. There is a lot of focus on your breath and being in the moment.

This is an excellent practice for releasing stress. People with asthma and allergies have realized improvement in their condition as long as they continue the practice.
